What you'll do:
- Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete flatwork and foundations
- Set and strip forms, place rebar and wire mesh
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at the job site
- Operate hand tools and small power tools (screeds, vibrators, saws)
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe
- Follow direction from the finisher and foreman on each pour
What you'll need:
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the area
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet outdoors
- Dependable — crews start early and pours cannot wait
- Willingness to learn the concrete trade
Nice to have:
- Prior construction, landscaping, or labor experience
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA 10 certification
