Experienced concrete finisher wanted for residential and commercial flatwork — driveways, patios, garage floors, sidewalks, and decorative concrete. You will run the surface from screed to final trowel and take pride in edges, joints, and broom lines that customers photograph.

What you'll do:
- Screed, bull float, edge, joint, and trowel concrete surfaces to spec
- Read pour plans and set grades with the foreman
- Run power trowels and finish machines on larger slabs
- Apply broom, stamped, and exposed-aggregate finishes
- Monitor cure conditions and apply sealers when required
- Mentor laborers on finishing fundamentals
What you'll need:
- 2+ years of concrete finishing experience (flatwork)
- Own basic finishing hand tools
- Able to read grades and work to tolerance
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Nice to have:
- Decorative/stamped concrete experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean record (crew truck eligibility)
- ACI Flatwork Finisher certification
